4. Fulfillment Policies
Refund Policy:
Coaching & Digital Products: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a coaching session, group call, or digital training has been delivered.
Books:
Digital eBooks: No refunds on digital books due to instant delivery.
Physical Books: Refunds are only accepted if the book arrives damaged or defective. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
Delivery Policy:
Coaching Sessions:
Upon successful payment, customers receive an email confirmation with access details within 24 hours.
Zoom links for live coaching sessions will be provided in advance.
Digital Books: Instantly available for download via email after purchase.
Physical Books: Shipped within 5-7 business days.
Return Policy:
Physical books can be returned for a replacement only if they arrive damaged.
Coaching and digital products are not eligible for returns.
Cancellation Policy:
Coaching clients must book their monthly appointments. If a mentee fails to book their sessions within the month, the missed appointments will not carry over to the next month.
Coaching clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling 1:1 coaching sessions.
Missed coaching sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time but must be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
